I had just bought a set of jell insoles guaranteed to help plantor fasciitis, which is one of the problems. Since the shoes I purchased had removable insoles, I removed one of the insoles and inserted the other one. I walked around for a bit to see which one felt the best. The one for plantor fasciitis did a bit more.
