The seller was very helpful and offered a refund or re-shipment, and sent it the next day after I contacted them.It was well packaged, came with a usb charger with a wall outlet attachment. The only issue I had was that it did not come with the small tool in the audio jack. You can open the micro SIM/SD slots with a safety pin, pushpin, or anything similar, so it's not really a problem. The phone comes rooted, and while the root program (vRoot) is in Chinese, it's incredibly simple to understand. It worked right out of the box, imported all my contacts, all of the settings were simple to configure, and there's no delay between switching apps.Check out the reviews for this phone on Youtube if you're concerned about going with a brand you're unfamiliar with. For me though, Huawei is fantastic and I love it. I highly recommend this phone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!
