I was blown away so I decided to give it a try for my bad knees as well. I too have had several knee surgeries and have damaged cartilage in both knees but thankfully, I can still exercise if I am careful with my knees! I’ve been using the cream for a few weeks now and my knees do feel a little better after application (not great, but better!) however the pain does come back after awhile. I think this product is great for immediate pain relief but for me it is not a long term/healing solution for serious knee/joint issues. I will continue to use it and hopefully have more relief over time. Having said that, I injured my shoulder while exercising a couple weeks ago and decided to try the cream on my shoulder. I used it for several days and it was a huge help! There are other products here on Amazon just as effective with more cream at a cheaper price. Trust me, as an ex-college athlete..I've tried them all. If you work out a lot and have a lot of muscle pain, you want more..bang for your buck. So the cheap ones are just as effective. For those of you that have this issue, you know that one of the problems is your feet feel like they are on fire. It just drove me crazy with the burning. You just want to scream.So I was willing to try anything. I came upon this item and was hopeful yet skeptical.I was hoping it would help but wasn't getting my hopes up to much.Well THIS STUFF WORKS !! I am so happy I tried it. I ordered two containers and was glad I did. This great smelling cream has got a menthol odor but it is more than just that. I tried menthol alone but it was not near as good as this cream. It does not take much to get the feet covered. I learned quickly that if you walk around barefoot some of the cream can rub off. I found this sock Hanes makes called Hanes Lite.It is thinner than a regular sock and less hot. Putting those socks on after application keeps the medication on your feet longer. For women I think you call those thin socks PEDS. Socks keep the medication on longer. I encourage you to try this. Use it sparingly otherwise you'll use it up quickly. I am very thankful I took a chance with this.
