If you buy this, the plastic will break. *by T***. on May 25, 2017* It's a really cool idea but not well made plastic. This was a total loss of time and money for me. I had to fight to get the hose to stay on when I figured a way to duck tape it on to make it stay it easily broke when pushing the dryer back. The plastic is so thin it will not hold up I never got to use it for 1 cycle. Was a total loss of what I paid for it. I think this has a lot of potential if it was made of metal or stronger plastic. Don't take the risk like I did. If taking the time to write this stops one person from buying this product I would be grateful. If it stops most everyone then the manufacturer may take notice and build it stronger and redesign it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Best Results Use a Semi-rigid Dryer Duct and Sealant - No Screws Needed! *by D***E on February 4, 2018* A five-star rating because: (1) the duct-to-wall connector is a perfect fit from the wall connector to the semi-rigid dryer duct (attached to the dryer's outlet), to the exhaust vent; and (2) for ease of installation. The tolerances of the connector are amazingly exact. Only one installation modification is required of the aluminum duct: prying out the rigid connector that normally goes into the through-the-wall exhaust vent (being careful not to distort the duct). This modification enables the bare end of the duct to be screwed into the detachable male part of the connector, allowing for an exceptional fit. I applied a silicone-based sealant to where the flange and the end that goes into the exhaust vent meet. The sealant adheres the female connector to the wall, seals off any air gaps and makes the use of screws unnecessary. (Photos: [1] the removed duct connector; and [2] the semi-rigid duct going into the wall connector.) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice looking, but a little flawed *by B***N on February 6, 2018* It looks good and the two pieces snap on nicely. The real problem is where you thread in the tube from the dryer into the male piece (not the piece with 2 holes) that snaps into the wall mount.
