Easy to clean as comes with a small brush to clean the straw. You can change the lids over with the handled lids from munchkin to which i did. I feel it does leak sometimes, so do be careful. Meant to be leak proof but after a few washes, it has started leaking. My child began biting these bottles so unfortunately we had to move onto hard straws. However she had these bottles from the age of 6 months and my other children did not do this. Just be aware as it is dangerous and obviously a choking hazzard if bitten off. They are completely leak proof if you remember to put them back together correctly (!) which makes them perfect for chucking in the nappy bag for travel or for night time water.
