For some reason it tends to 'chop' the heads off of some photos and I can only use it in portrait position without losing most of the photograph. I'm sure this is something I'm doing but can't get advise anywhere🤷The only real issue I had was I had some difficulty in setting up, I emailed tech support but never received a reply. Finally managed to work out what I was doing wrong in the initial set up but only after a few frustrating hours.😕 ### ⭐ Keeps crashing *by D***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 December 2019* Not very impressed- set it up OK and loaded on a few photos, and then a message saying "app has stopped" appears repeatedly. Hard restart doesnt fix it, nor does a 'factory reset' (when I managed to actually do this before the app crashed). Not a great product, it's going back for an exchange and if it happens again I will go to another model ### ⭐ Product did not work, return it *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 December 2019* The product was broken, tried for a few hours to fix it. I was desperate so decided to called the only support number which was in China but no one answered. So ended up calling Amazon support, they told me to switch in off and on again, of course it did nothing. Amazon was great and gave me a refund.
