I put the pump shield in place, then inserted it through the bra slot - easy for the first boob, but not the second! The zip was helpful with this, but a little awkward to do one handed.To give you an idea of size, I got a size M - I'm usually a top size 10-12, and approx 36C (I don't actually know what size I am since my first child 2 years ago!!).Overall, worth getting - I made a DIY version using a cotton boob tube with my first child, and I should have just bought this, far superior and makes life so much easier, especially when double pumping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best postpartum purchase to date! *by T***P on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 23 November 2021* Amazing. Thank you!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for expressing but not the most supportive *by L***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 24 July 2018* Just purchased this 8 months in to go with my Spectra Dew double pump and wish I'd bought one sooner - it makes expressing a hands-free job. I wear this when pumping before work and I can do my makeup/eat breakfast while expressing. It's very adjustable - there's a large Velcro band at the back and an additional panel to zip into the front. The shields of the breast pump slide in through fabric openings at the front of the bra. The only reason it's not a 5 star product is that it's unsuitable to wear for extended periods of time (for example, to wear at work to express during breaks) if you have a larger bust.
