I have fine, thin, wavy, shoulder length hair and prefer to use a round brush to dry and straighten out my hair. My hairdresser uses the same brush, so I searched for it. It arrived new, the bristles have not fallen out and after two weeks of use, I only found two hairs in it, which indicates it is not pulling out my hair. They allow me to pull the stuck hairs out easily when I want to do a brush clean-up. I soak them in a hot water/vinegar/baking soda solution and they're back to being clean and sterilized for future use. Well made and I am totally happy with the merchandise. Lightweight in your hand, and the bristles do a great job of lifting the hair so it dries quickly.
