I finally started searching for a universal diffuser thinking i could maybe utilize the hotel dryers instead and save some space. This gem was the answer to my prayers. I have had this universal diffuser for over a year now, and use it every work trip. I haven't met a hairdryer it doesn't fit/work on!I noticed it's a very good diffuser -- meaning that the airspeed coming out of it is slow, even when the dryer is set on the high setting. So, it creates a nice "hot cloud" of air versus a "hot wind". Just note that the plastic can get very hot after use, so be careful when you take it off.love love love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review with Pics! It was a success. Not only does it fit my dryer nicely but it seems like it has room to fit larger dryers as well. My dryer is 1 7/8 inches across the opening.There are 2 buttons on the side that you use to open the clamps on the inside. You place your dryer inside and let go. They clamp around your dryer and hold it in place. Do I think they can be a little tighter, yes. But has the diffuser ever fell off,no. And since I am not throwing it around, it works great for me! The best one I have found yet. Would recommend! I'm next to 0 on the maintenance scale. I have always struggled with hair stuff. I have wavy/curly hair depending on my diet and hormones and what-ever, it had a mind of its own. So I've been checking out people online singing the praises of this or that product and decided to give a diffuser a shot. I've been interested in them for a few years, but it's hard to justify the purchase when I'm so low maintenance, but what the heck. So, I didn't want to buy a new hairdryer in case this was just a gimmick and the one I have is close the 20 years old, hence the appeal of this universal fit baby. I read the reviews and the nay-sayers where saying it didn't really diffuse, it didn't really fit and would wobble or fall off. Well, after my experience it is my opinion that these people didn't pay attention to the fit range and don't know how a diffuser works. It fit fine! Yes it will move because it's a medium clamp, but only if you press it against something. I actually found that somewhat useful. It's a diffuser, meaning it breaks up the air flow and disperses it or spreads it out, not that it reduces air flow, that's what those air flow buttons on your drier are for. Also note that you should not use high heat with this thing! I think that may also be leading to some of the "fit issues". So all in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I'm able to get air to my scalp which will let it dry and give my hair a little more body so my heavy hair doesn't weigh down the top as much, with out blowing everything all over the place and creating a cloud of fly-aways.
