My hairdresser uses these in her shop when her clients are under the dryer. They are great. She bought them at Bed Bath & Beyond. They were sold out as of 2 weeks ago. So I went on Amazon, and saw yours. It looked like the one she uses and had some good reviews. We have a huge festival over Labor Day weekend in out community and the weather is hot and humid. I also live across the street so short distance to walk. I followed the instructions and also put it in the freezer as directed. It got warm in 5 minutes. I was so disappointed. The next day ledt it a little longer, same thing. The one used in the shop last on my for an hour and I get pretty hot under the dryer.Maybe its defective. Going through menopause I thought this was going to be a lifesaver. Going to request my money back. ### ⭐⭐ Not good *by H***E on August 29, 2016* This is a joke. Doesn't seem to do any better than one without the beads. Didn't work for me. In fact it's more cumbersome because the beads are loose so you have to work them around to spread them out before you can use it. Then If you sweat the beads will swell even more causing it to squeeze your head.
