What shocked me is how much rice and bread and baked products as well as noodles place immense stress on the body. Yet, I craved them all. By reading the labels of food products and vitamin supplements I knew that bread and baked goods and some noodles have added B vitamins. Many of us are getting our needs for B vitamins through the added Bs of baked goods, breads and noodles. Try getting your Bs through foods other than baked goods, bread and noodles, and supplements like Supeior Source Bs and your cravings will melt away.
