**Q: Is this supplement only for men?**
A: No way. It’s for joint and d tendon health.   I use it all year. Great product. The Lab 🥼 rules

**Q: Did the formula/capsule color change? This is my third order. My first two were dark brown capsules, my newest shipment of capsules are clear.**
A: There is a worldwide shortage of capsules.    That is most likely why the latest batch is clear.

The coating on the capsule seems sticky. I don’t have problems swallowing pills, but these seem to get stuck in my throat no matter how much water I drink. Overall I don’t necessarily feel any different since I started taking them. It was recommended by my coach
