But the earphone panel and the outer cover of the 3.5 mm jack came off (Pics attached). Its not that it cannot be fixed by some glue, but its not what we pay for right ? I did write to the company through Amazon, but the seller hasn't responded. Too bad there is no after sales service nor any response.
