The size ranges make this belt very flexible. Probably good for plus or minus 3 sizes from the stated size. Just tighten or loosen it. The belt does not have fixed holes. I just got tired of buying belts with fixed holes that allowed my pants or shorts to slip down.The only sizing problem you may encounter is when you use it on a pair of shorts without any belt loops.The length may extend well past the first loop, but not far enough for the next.
