A: Yes.  They fold down flat.   Can easily set other items on top of carrier.

**Q: This question is for the seller: Has the faulty parts of this product been fixed as yet?**
A: No. The handle latch snapped off of mine the first time I used it. They send a replacement one with the original product but I’m just waiting for that to break as well.
