I've been feeding it for about 6 months, along with Wellness Core grain-free dry food. (Before that they were eating EVO wet and dry food, but I had concerns over the fact that EVO had been bought by Proctor and Gamble, who have a history of ruining good pet food brands once they take over.) I did a lot of research to find a wet food that was both grain free and carrageenan free (carrageenan is a bulking agent that has been linked to GI issues.) All the Cats in the Kitchen flavors are both grain- and carrageenan-free, with no animal byproducts. The food looks and smells very high quality (does not have a strong smell), and although most of the food is shredded meat or pate consistency, you can see some chunks of seafood in the seafood flavors. I haven't had any issues at all with stomach upset. I've noticed that my overweight 9-year-old cat has lost a few pounds since switching their food and is much more energetic and playful.
