It makes you realise this woman was on a journey from innocence and ignorance to maturity and confidence. Sadly never quite finishing that journey. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tragedy *by Y***N on October 23, 2022* The emotional pain is searing, the sadness unyielding. I’m so affected by this tragedy that I feel an encompassing heavy depression crushing my equilibrium. I don’t even know why. I didn’t know her and what difference it would make to me if she were alive. All I know is that my mother passed away at basically the same age when I was 14. I don’t think I can consume another work on this subject because it’s entrenching. The book focuses mainly on the second half of of her life and a bit beyond philosophizing about her legacy. If you will it’s part 2 of the authors first book. They compliment each other. It’s not very comprehensive. But the general attempt is to defend her against all of the detractors, maligners, talebearers, and malicious characters who are apologists for the evils committed by this monarchy. It seems like everybody and their brother has an opinion. And, anybody who has ever whiffed her presence within a close proximity of her has written a memoir of their experience. In addition there’s ceaseless bickering between family, friends, colleagues, and associates about what she wanted, said, or would’ve done. This in itself is demonstrative of her larger than life personality and influence. Everyone was smitten by her from in the highest echelons of society to the dregs of the earth. Even her death and its aftermath took at the very least 10 years to sort out by all sorts of departments, heads of State, Governments, and agencies. 2.5 billion people tuned in to her funeral, her posthumous charity raised over 100 million dollars and apparently there are 36,000 conspiracy theory websites about her death.
