I am a swim instrucor so I am in the pool daily and swim on top as well as under water all the time. This cap does what it's supposed to do. It covers my long below the shoulder hair easily and keeps everything but the swim cap edge hair dry. I roll my hair in a bun, wet the cap and it goes on easily. I would have liked the back just an inch longer so I don't have to pull the back down, but only occsasionally do I need to do this. Love the blue color and the material is very sturdy. There's no need to worry about tearing it unless you have super long nails and grip it hard. I just take my hands and gently pull down on the cap and it slides on easily. Then I arrange my hair that is left showing and tuck it under the cap. I'm buying a spare I like it so much. I like the nose plug, but the ear plugs won't stay in the whole time either.
