I exclusively pump with the Medela Freestyle and find the suction on the pump, along with these parts, is excellent. The value is great; I’ve only found these to be reasonably priced here on desertcart and Target, but desertcart Prime makes the shipping a lot faster than Target. They are easy to assemble with only three pieces and are just as good as the original parts that come with the pump. They can be a hassle to clean because there’s a lot of little spaces inside the parts to clean out breast milk residue, but a good soak in warm soapy water helps. I find it helpful to purchase two sets, so one is always in use while the other is drying/clean. Side note: In my opinion, you should replace these parts every 1-2 months for the pump to work at its best. Also, do not scrub the membranes (rubber pieces), my husband made that mistake and it compromised the suction. Just gently wipe in warm soapy water.

**Q: Does this kit include a pair or just one 3 components set?**
A: A pair! It's a great kit, I ordered three so I didn't have to wash one pair over over and over while pumping at nite and half asleep and then could just wash them all in the morning :)

**Q: Are these parts compatible with Medela Swing Maxi Double Breastpump?**
A: Yes it's compatible with Medela Swing Maxi.  Both Freestyle and Swing Maxi all has the same accessories.

**Q: Has anyone used these with another machine? I like that they are flat but have the Hygei Q and am doubting they would be compatabe**
A: I use these with my Spectra S2. I just used a spare Medela tubing set I had and cut out the yellow tubing attachments and inserted them into my Spectra tubing. I had a Q in the past, and although I didn’t try it at the time, I believe it would work the same way.

**Q: Does this work with Freestyle Flex, or only Freestyle?**

Pros: Proper suction, easy to assemble, comparable to original parts, great value. Cons: Takes time to properly clean them. I exclusively pump with the Medela Freestyle and find the suction on the pump, along with these parts, is excellent. The value is great; I’ve only found these to be reasonably priced here on Amazon and Target, but Amazon Prime makes the shipping a lot faster than Target. I have an older model Medela Freestyle and can’t find the parts anywhere other than Amazon. I had been using my hand held manual pumps, but I really wanted to be hands free. So thankful for this option! They work well and came in a timely manner!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Having an extra set of these has been a lifesaver!

Once you start pumping it can feel like all you do is feed, pump, change diapers, repeat. There doesn't feel like a lot of time to wash and sanitize because there isn't. I actually have 3 sets of these and it's really been a lifesaver. I wash them in batches and always have clean ones ready when it's time to pump. I find it especially helpful on the go--I assemble a couple sets of the spare parts, the breastshield and a bottle and put them in a ziploc bag for when I'm ready to pump. After I'm done, I put the used (dirty) set into a recycled plastic shopping bag and have it set aside to wash when I get home. If I need to pump again while I'm out, I have another set all ready to go and I'm not worried about any bacteria or dried milk from the last session. You can also grab some Quick Clean Breastpump and Accessory Wipes 24 Pack . They work well too but can get a little pricey if you're using them every time you pump.
