It looks awesome and puts out a good amount of light on my desk without being distractingly bright or causing a glare. I've never been to Egypt, but I do know that their pyramids don't glow at all, much less in 4 alternating colors with a gradient effect, so I don't feel like I'm missing much.

**Q: Hi I need to get a light bulb for my lamp what is the correct bulb?**
A: You cannot replace the bulb. But the lamp lasts quite a few years.

**Q: Is it a 3 or 4 sided pyramid?**
A: Mine was 4 side, very nice. Still going strong and have had for 2 years none stop.

**Q: Why would anyone make a lamp where you can’t replace the bulb? Sounds terribly wasteful. I’ll pass on this item 👎**

**Q: Can you leave this on 24x7?**
A: Absolutely! I use mine as a night light in my bathroom and it has been on 24 seven no problems with it at all!

It was smaller than what I was expecting but that's ok. It's super cute and perfect for my 2 boys. My 18 year old prefers this one over mine I was keeping in his room for a little while. An on/off switch would be great. Perhaps a remote controlled one would be even better. One of my kids keeps unplugging it to sleep.
