Loved the battery percentage display and Power Delivery seemed to work well. 17 months later, I'm noticing a slight bulge in the case that wasn't there before. It's hard to see, but I can rock the battery case back and forth on a flat surface, which I would not have been able to do before. The backside of the case seems to be a bit more warped than the other. I'll be contacting my city for safe disposal options.I haven't dropped the battery or exposed it to extreme heat/cold/moisture. I've also never let the battery drain below 20% or used it to charge anything more demanding than a Nintendo Switch. I hope this was just bad luck and a manufacturing defect because it's otherwise a great value compared to my older Anker's PowerCore Speed 20000 PD, which shows no sign of swelling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great charger but heavy/awkward *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on November 7, 2019* Works great, fast, charges multiple times before run out.
