The door works well, but at that price it should include extra pet tags, to help with training and/or loss. It should also maybe include some plastic circles because the magnet likes to cling to any metal parts on the collar, sometimes making it difficult for the door to open, as signal is blocked by fur and/or neck.

Simply put, this unit had problems from the start. The "policy" of Solo Pet Doors is simply, NO RETURNS. They however are happy to send out parts for you to fix it yourself. I have tried to return this item and NO RETURNS is always the response. If you are looking for a dog door that you will be repairing (even if it was delivered faulty) then this is your door.
