I now use this perfume regularly. But I unscrew the sprayer and use the straw to apply it to the back of my neck and wrists, dipping in between. Scent: If you don't like vanilla don't buy this. The vanilla scent is very strong and smells almost like a baking vanilla rather than a perfumy vanilla - which I am personally into. The other fragrance notes are kind of hard to peg because the vanilla is so strong, and it does linger all day. The pheromone effect is noticeable. The first pheromone perfume I had really improved my mood. This one does not do that.
