Compared to the tahini I purchased a couple a years ago it seemed a little thin. The price of tahini has gone up since I bought it the past. The smell was a little light on the smell of ground sesame that I have used in the past. The taste was very light after stirring up the settled sesame solids from the bottom of the jar. The mouth of the jar was wide enough for my hand wand to fit. During Covid, it came in a small size can that required you to store leftover tahini in another container.
