Thank you.** A: No. Hook knife will do it or if it’s still in place, just cut it with a regular carbide tooth blade. **Q: I'm trying to remove the Rust-oleoum deck restore (7 years) from in between the boards on my deck. Is this blade a good option for the task?** A: I think with only 4 blades this would overheat on decking boards, dull itself, and ruin it. This blade is best for hardie board 1/4” cement siding. It cuts that like a champ. If I have to do anything with wood, I switch back to a standard blade **Q: Can I cut plexiglass with this blade?** A: I’ve never tried but I suppose it would. I don’t think it’s necessary though. It is got hardie board which of much harder to cut. Hardie will dull most other blades quickly but this one cuts through it like butter. You can cut plexiglass with most any type of blade. This is a bit of an over kill **Q: Will this blade cut fire brick for the interior of my wood stove?** A: It would not even cut the Hardie Board, which is a fiber cement board.
