I also bought a Bruder moist heat eye compress and began using that. These days my eyes are feeling more comfortable and less irritated, and I attribute it to the combination of using both this and the Bruder products. Even if I didn't have dry eyes I would continue using these because I like the idea of vitamin D3 being in an oil form because I know Vitamin D needs oil or fat for absorption. I should add that I'm also taking Nutricost Vitamin K2 MK-7 100 mcg plus other Vitamin D.
