Two things: definitely get a size up. I am 5'10" and a muscular guy, the (XL) fits me nice and snug. I think the (L) would've been too tight. Also, the pull strap on the zipper is a joke. Broke on the first closure attempt lol! Easy fix though. I just used some para cord to replace it and I made it longer for my unflexible, t-rex arms! All in all, I will definitely be getting a second one as a back up.
