Review: Nice size and good rich flavor - Looking at the picture and the weight I couldn’t be sure of the size of the stick. Going by memory (yep it is long gone) it is about 10 inches long and diameter of 2 or 2 and 1/2 inches. So a good buy. The flavor was that of a good summer sausage. Not overly salty. Good spice. Firm. I just enjoyed it. Tried to ration it out but that didn’t slow my consumption of this summer sausage.
