In a desperate attempt to find a solution, I ordered the Circaid compression system, and it's an answer to prayer. The primary piece is a soft, stretchy, synthetic foam-like material, but the sleeve included is cotton and very soft, like diabetic stockings. Using that beneath the primary piece really protects the skin. The whole system allows for very specific compression pressures, even lower or higher mmHg in different zones. A short standard compression sock/bootie is included to go under the foot/ankle wrap, which I like because that's where I need the most help. Of note, the foot wrap is one flat piece, designed in a strappy configuration, and is not the type of foot/ankle Farrow wrap that has the built-in heel shape. That was disappointing, as I probably would have purchased the leg and ankle/foot wraps separately had I known, but this seems to do the trick and is fairly easy to apply. ... Once you get the hang of it. I've been using this wrap system for a few days and absolutely love it already. My home health nurse gushes over it. Enter Circaid: mischief managed. ### ⭐ Do not buy *by S***R on January 12, 2025* Waste of money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Runs A Bit Large *by J***A on May 25, 2019* This would have worked great except the medium length was a bit too long and the top was a bit too large. The Doctor did all the measuring and brought up the sizing and we ordered it. The Doctor managed to make it work when he first put it on but as the day went ob, the length was too much and pressed into the top of the foot. While he was able to wear it, it did help with the swelling, keeping it in check. It comes with so many things and the sleeves themselves without the outer bracing helps with the swelling.
