I did not count them. Having said that, I can tell the hair under my armpit is vanishing after using this for several months. The facial hair is less as is the hair on my arms. The tougher, gray hair is still stubborn, but I will keep at it in the hopes that it will soften and eventually stop growing so much. If you didn't shave close enough, it is powerful enough to smell burnt hair and can see it curl up as well. Ughh! I hate this hair. I would recommend this product with the understanding that it does not work overnight and will probably take over a year to see much success.
