**Q: How does this compare to Miyoko’s cream cheese?**
A: Go with Violife cream cheese instead. I love Miyoko's butter but just can't stomach the cream cheese... it's too tangy. Violife is not an exact replica of dairy cream cheese but the flavor is very mild and pretty close.

**Q: Does this have a strong coconut flavor?**
A: Definitely not, my dairy free daughter hates coconut flavors and loves this cream cheese.

**Q: Has anyone tried making a cheesecake or other baked item using it?**
A: No but I tried making a creamy pasta dish with this and it wasn’t good. But this is in my opinion a great cream cheese for a bagel.

**Q: Will this work for homemade ice cream recipes that call for cream cheese? (ninja nc501 creami)**
A: I don’t think so. When heated at all, it becomes sort of oily. I would recommend Kite Hill cream cheese instead. It is the closest to dairy cream cheese in both flavor and texture.
