Review: Gas Leak within a week of purchase. Customer Care Number doesn't work! - Very bad quality product. Within a week of purchase, gas started leaking. We have piped gas and we first called the pipeline technician. He demonstrated that gas was leaking from one of the burners. After a lot of struggle, lodged a complaint on Pigeon's website. The Pigeon Stovekraft's technician that came - his first response was absolute denial. We requested him to wait for sometime and he finally acknowledged that there was a leak. He tried repairing it but realized the whole burner needs to be replaced. Imagine - this, in a brand new stove! He also tried fitting another part which needed sawing etc. - in that process he even got a cut on his own hand. We told him to that we are not okay with any other part being force-fitted. He then ordered the correct part. It's been more than a week and we still don't have any clarity when this will come. The service center gives perfunctory answers. Pigeon Stovekraft's customer care number has no incoming call facility! Their WhatsApp chatbot cannot do anything! Further, the top burner plate gets dislodged even while making chapattis - overall, this is a useless product sold by an indifferent brand. Best to avoid!

Very bad quality product. Within a week of purchase, gas started leaking. We have piped gas and we first called the pipeline technician. He demonstrated that gas was leaking from one of the burners. After a lot of struggle, lodged a complaint on Pigeon's website. The Pigeon Stovekraft's technician that came - his first response was absolute denial. We requested him to wait for sometime and he finally acknowledged that there was a leak. He tried repairing it but realized the whole burner needs to be replaced. Imagine - this, in a brand new stove! He also tried fitting another part which needed sawing etc. - in that process he even got a cut on his own hand.
