I have been doing Keto for a few months and we all crave things like ice cream. I am very iffy based on what others mentioned. I was desperate so thought I would give it a shot.I think it’s amazing! I would actually still purchase if I wasn’t doing keto. It definitely tastes like ice cream lol.I originally started keto because my daughter wanted to try it. Well she said everything was horrible and didn’t continue it (she never really gave it a shot) but anyways she seen my husband try this and he said it was also good. She tried it and she also said it’s really good. (They both are NOT on keto) and will sneak into my ice cream stash.The only flavors I like is this mint chocolate chip and the butter pecan flavor. I keep several in my freezer at all times.
