They do not leave anything on the skin when you take them off like some of the other wraps I have used. I do wish they were more "wraps" than just a sticker for your tummy. I would make sure like it says to drink plenty of water when you do these. Over all they aren't bad if you want a few inches gone but I don't think they would be good for long term use.
