Review: Fosi Audio TP-02 Subwoofer Amplifier and Dayton BST-1 Bass Shaker - This amp was purchased to power a Dayton BST-1 Bass shaker. It does it with out a sweat. It is used on a sim racing cockpit under the pedals. It never goes over half as the rig would just vibrate to much. Perfect when using Simvibe software on PC, clean sound and very powerful. I have just got another to go under the seat, so two amps, 2 Dayton 50watt BST-1 bass shakers. Perfect combination. Would easily recommend for Bass shakers. Cannot verify for music as not tested, used for that.

All 4 of us where where ugly-crying in amazement. Thank you Fosi!!! We ended up spending all day and night re-listening to all our favourites like it was the first time we had heard them... What an amazing pairing this turned out to be. Again thank you Fosi, whatever you are doing, it's magic, please don't stop!

This amp was purchased to power a Dayton BST-1 Bass shaker. It does it with out a sweat. It is used on a sim racing cockpit under the pedals. It never goes over half as the rig would just vibrate to much. Perfect when using Simvibe software on PC, clean sound and very powerful. I was asked to take a look at my Mums sound system a couple of weeks ago, she reported a hum that made listening unbearable. I found high DC voltage on the Phono lines and traced it back to the Auna sub back plate circuit. I cut the mains to both Subs as there was high voltage to the backplate of one that gave me an electric shock! I didn't see the point in repairing the circuit, so I ordered a pair of Fosi Audio TP-02 sub amplifiers. I wasn't expecting this kind of performance. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cost effective solution for reviving a dead subwoofer

Great build quality and performance is good. I have a KEF home cinema sub with 2 drivers that blew its amp and this was my solution. Initially I wired to both drivers (into 4 ohms) but noticed clipping/diatortion in this use case. This is fair enough as the amp is 200w rated and the double sub originally ran on 2x250w amps, so I wasn't expecting the same output. However it handles it's power much better at 8 ohms with just one of the 2 drivers connected (so the other moves passively which is fine). In this config it produces a quality output which is fast and clean, but also can run higher levels in this single driver use case. It's producing comparable power and quality to the (over spec) original dual amp, at least for my needs in a medium sized lounge setup. So, certainly a strong option for any single driver sub up to 10" but don't overdrive it as the 200w is likely peak and not sustainable for more demanding configurations (bigger or dual driver units). Considering the cost of fixing the original amps is around 200-300 this is exceptional value for money and very easy to setup. The crossover control is also smooth and effective. You could easily set and forget this device inside a sub cabinet if you wanted to, as it's small and doesn't run too hot either.
