I do not know if they will be 100 percent water resistant time. will tell but I did not purchase expecting that, simply needed a cover that will keep dust, lo leaves etc of 55 gallon drums at it does that job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A pretty good option for plastic barrels *by O***T on May 19, 2016* While I'm skeptical of some of the stated benefits, it certainly serves three purposes: it keeps barrels stored outside clean, cool, and shields plastic drums from UV damage if they are standing in the sunlight.
