Review: Ridiculously Happy with my Purchase - This litter box is perfect for what I need. I needed something narrow, long, and high sided and this was it. It’s also very affordable compared to other comparable products I’ve seen. I’ve been looking for a stainless steel litter box that would fit into my tiny half bathroom for what feels like forever. The space between the toilet and the wall is extremely narrow, barely 13.4 inches, so it’s been hard to find a litter box that wasn’t kitten sized that would fit into the space. This was fine until I got my second cat who ended up growing ginormous at only 7 months old (she is now almost 10 lbs and still growing while her 3 year old sister is only 6.6 lbs) and her body got so big to the point of her peeing and pooping outside the litter box since she could barely fit in it and her butt would be sticking out. I felt so guilty because I share an apartment with 2 roommates. I’m extremely optimistic that the high sides will prevent messes in the future. I’m just so glad my search is over. Adulthood is wild. I never knew I’d spend so much time and money in my 20s stressed out over the space my cats poop in.

**Q: Are the measurements 4 width and length including the lip Edge at the top?**
A: I have two stainless steel litter boxes 
one top measures lip from to lip 19 1/2 LX 13 1/2 W, the other measures 21 L X 13W
Both are far superior to plastic litter boxes, easier to clean and do not retain odors as plastic does (there is still some sticking )

the other measures  21"L X 13" W

**Q: Whats the thinkness of the steel?**
A: Very, very low since it's stainless steel odor does not attach to it.

It took quite some time to find a cat box that for the enclosure we made by hand - this finally solved all of our issues! Many boxes we used in the past were wide but not long enough. Both our cats have no issue with this one! The best part is the height of the walls - no more overspray issues or kicking the litter out all over the room! It is also super easy to clean, we scrub it down every few weeks and it doesn’t retain THAT cat smell 😁
