I love the concept and love the look when serving up a whiskey on the rocks. The thing is two of them cracked first time use. Not sure how to fix that issue. I will probably use the other two until they crack just because I love the concept but would be hesitant to recommend them again. Perhaps if the walls were thicker and the cubes larger that might resolve the issue. For now not impressed with THIS particular product from Whiskey Made. This is one of those gifts you get for the person that has everything and you can’t find anything to get them. If they love whiskey or bourbon this little ice cube is perfect. You fill with water and freeze and they are made from aged bourbon barrels and then you put cubes in the drink and it will complement the flavor of their spirit. It comes in a little burlap bag. I’m taking away a star because I feel the price does not qualify for what you get. Yes it’s clever, but not for this price. Maybe if it were in more of a presentation box I might have a different opinion. But I find that $22 for this little burlap bag of hollowed out wood cubes is a little excessive.
