This stuff really seems to work although don't expect an instant energy boost like an energy drink because that's not how it works it gives you energy over a prolong period of time. I've been taking it every morning for a month now and feel a significant difference. I actually go to bed later but feel better and more energy throughout the day! I mainly use this to counteract the stress of my job. I can feel an immediate difference in my stress levels and take it when I feel a cold coming on. B12 is for energy as well, although I don't much recognize it in this powder. MegaFoods has a really smart blend of other essentials inside this powder, including Agwadasha (improves mood). The powder doesn't dissolve and tastes earthy, but I throw it into my smoothie every morning and it blends just fine. I feel the difference almost right away with a day or two of missing a scoop. This powder is as essential as my toothpaste for daily care and Ill5never go back. Do some research as to what each ingredient is for and you'll be impressed. I wish the size of the jar was smaller because it's a waste given the powder only comes half full, but the tiny scoop is perfect and the amount is as promised. Definitely worth a try, but don't expect a caffeine buzz from it.
