**Q: Is this water based or oil based?**
A: It's water based.  Just like the fresheners used at the car wash.  I put it in a spray bottle and spray the carpets...I love it.

You can use pinesol, you can use febreeze, glade et al. but you will never get a nice lingering deodorizer like this one.  I put some in a spray bottle and use it like febreeze and how it makes my car smell sooooo good.  I have a valet park my car sometimes and he referred to me as the lady with the great smelling car!  People come to my house and say my house smells wonderful.  So there ya go.  It smells for itself.. hehe

Omg this stuff stinks so bad. My 21 yr old son is a nurse and when he came in the house he said it smelled like the nursing home! Yuk, it really did. Everyone complained so we threw it away.
