Review: 3M is my go to for abrasives and 3M stepped up their game with the Cubitron line! - Have always used 3M abrasives especially the roloc Green Corp discs with good success but I wanted to try the Cubitron line; sharp angular cut engineered abrasive. So i bought these rolocs and there is a noticeable difference in longevity as long as you use the appropriate 3M backup pad. I tried some cheaper roloc 'style' disc pads but they wore down too quickly or rotated off center and caused premature wear off the diameter of the disc. Stick with the 3M pads and Cubitron discs and you won't be disappointed.

Have always used 3M abrasives especially the roloc Green Corp discs with good success but I wanted to try the Cubitron line; sharp angular cut engineered abrasive. So i bought these rolocs and there is a noticeable difference in longevity as long as you use the appropriate 3M backup pad. I tried some cheaper roloc 'style' disc pads but they wore down too quickly or rotated off center and caused premature wear off the diameter of the disc. Stick with the 3M pads and Cubitron discs and you won't be disappointed.

These are great for grinding welds. They're a little expensive, but they last pretty weld, and they work well with my Milwaukee cordless angle grinder.
