Having trouble using allen keys as there is not much room to turn.** A: It has a rubber piece at the end of the locknut to ensure it will stay in place, so that's why all of a sudden tightening it gets REALLY hard. You MUST use a 6MM hex wrench and a 13MM wrench to tighten.
