Rema Tip Top Metal Primer PR 200 is a 750g, clear, rust-resistant primer designed for pre-treating metal surfaces before rubber-metal bonding. It offers excellent adhesion with SC 4000 and BC 3004, dries quickly within an hour, and provides extended corrosion protection against humidity. REACH compliant and easy to apply, it ensures professional-grade durability and performance.

## Description

TipTop metal primer PR 200 750 g future-proof REACH compliant. Economical to use. Excellent adhesion in combination with SC 4000, BC 3004. Short drying times. Extended temporary corrosion protection against atmospheric influences (humidity). Metal primer is used for pre-treatment of metal surfaces for subsequent rubber metal bonding. High static and dynamic metal surface radiating rust (DIN EN ISO 12944-4, SA 2.5) or rust and roughen by sanding - recommended roughness depth at least 30 microns Avoid dew point undershoot. - Clean surface should be degreased with TIP TOP cleaning agent. Apply the dried metal surface immediately with well stirred METAL PRIMER PR 200. Allow the coat to dry completely (min. 1 hour). Then perform rubber-metal bonding with SC 2000 or BC 3000 or SC 4000. Box contents: 1 can.
