Yes this stuff taste awful but its pure EAA it is 9 amino ACIDS , key word, its going to have a naturally bitter taste like many many unflavored supps do. Try ALA in powder form and this stuff is easy comparing to the two. Just mix it in OJ and your good to go. Oj is the goat at masking flavors. Baking soda may also neutralize the acid taste, idk it works with other ones like ALA and L-Carnitine. It should do something here. Listen you are trading the taste for the value here by not buying any extra additives or paying for processing that makes it taste like coolaid. Fix the taste on your own IT IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT you are uneducated. I have a who cabinet full of bulksupplements products and I havent been disappointed yet. Not by the quality or the value. 50 10gram servings of flavored EAA is twice this amount and you arent paying for anything but additives that isnt good for you, dyes and sugars, and artificial flavors. This is best taken after working out IMHO. Theres a that window that we want protein but its not actually protein we need then its amino acids we have protein in our bodies waiting to be used so long as we eat enough. Drinking aminos directly after or during the 2nd half doubles the amount of protein synthesis that happens. EAAs in this form hit the bloodstream within minutes of consumption they dont need to digest like a shake would to get aminos the longer way. Then drink your shake 30mins to 2hours after the workout. This can be used as an appetite suppression drink as well. I mean, Eaas function in everything and when you take it is as important as taken it. I prefer after workouts for hypertrophy, In between meals, in the morning for energy, Split up over the day. All with various goals in mind. Do your research.

Horrible , I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. By far the worst EAAs I’ve ever had. Taste extremely bad and bitter, something you can’t take during a training session, also no measuring scoop, very poor dissolve product , clumps . Over all a bad experience. I can’t even use it , wasted my money
