Das erzeugte Vakuum geht auch über mehrere Tage nicht verloren. Alles an den Behältern ist spülmaschinen fest, auch die Dichtungen. Diese lassen sich auch einfach abnehmen. In ogni caso i contenitori sono molto utili anche per biscotti e fette biscottate ma sopratutto per uno uso quotidiano sono molto più veloci e pratici da usare che la macchina. Consigliati anche per la robustezza.
