We ordered 8 sets of Riedel Vitis Champagne Glass, Set of 2 per box. These were sent from a secondary supplier, Sold by: Westview Traders Inc. When we opened the box, only 1 set was the Vitis line (retails for about $80 for 2) and the other 7 sets were of the Discount mall line Riedel (retails for about 2 for $35). I could not reach the Westview Traders after being referred to them by Amazon help line. Westview operates without a phone it appears. I know that Amazon was not at fault--but Amazon is responsible for the quality of their secondary suppliers. One must be wary anymore when you order Riedel glasses since they now come in at least 4 levels (SOMMELIER, Vitis, Vinum, Cuvee, and Kmart). Watch out for substitutions!
