Review: Used as Sleep tape - Sleep tape: For years, I have used a piece of paper medical tape about 1.5-2" x 1" as sleep tape. I breathe through my nose all night with no snoring. My mouth isn't dry when I wake up. It stays put all night, and peels of with no discomfort in the morning. I simply get a better nights rest. It lasts a long time, and cost a lot less than tape 'designed' for sleep. I have a small mouth. if you have a wider mouth, just order 2" wide tape. Micropore is the best tape to use for this. Just cut a new piece at bedtime.
