I have tried the spray and lotion and find that I like the spray better. The lotion pills for some reason, so after applying you need to pick off rolled bits of sunscreen. With the spray there is no issue, just spray and rub in. Despite the drawbacks of the lotion, this is one of the few sunscreens that does not irritate my skin.
