Before this occurring, it failed to do anything except make my hair frizzy, it didn’t curl, wave or straighten in anyway and the plates didn’t close properly, the teeth on the edge kept snagging and breaking my hair. I have hair that styles very easily and is very manageable. I have returned the item and been fully refunded. It heats up in just a few second and gets very hot. It worked well to straighten my hair and the new twist design alsi makes it more easier to curl my hair.It has different temperature the heat setting are great for hard to style hair and go all the way up to 230℃, I like choose the proper temperature to protect my hair. It is really a quality product and easy to use. I sectioned my hair, used the flat iron to straighten one section at a time and only had to use one pass.Do you know what the best part was? My hair stayed straight! I even went on a hike the next day and my hair did not frizz! It comes with accessories such as hair clips which really help when straightening.
