Unlike many others who had written on this topic, Dr Vranich takes a real scientific approach minus the mystic mumbo jumbo. And her methods are practical and produces result, speaking from my personal experience. I am familiar with correct breathing techniques as I am a competitive runner however I did learn something new from this book. I applied the technique taught and it did help me improve my breathing while running.
